At BioBond Labs, we take pride in ensuring every order is packaged securely, shipped promptly, and handled with the highest level of care. This Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy outlines how we process orders, delivery expectations, and our procedures for product issues or returns.

All BioBond Labs products are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. We do not ship any products for human or veterinary consumption.

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of BioBond Labs. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once a shipment has left our facility.

All products are packaged with care using appropriate materials to protect the integrity of your purchase. Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us within seven (7) days of receipt at biobondlabs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging or product. Our team will promptly investigate and assist with a replacement or resolution.

Because our products are sensitive research compounds, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has shipped. This policy ensures product purity and safety standards are never compromised. Exceptions may be made only in cases of shipping error or product defect verified by our support team. Any approved return must be pre-authorized and accompanied by written confirmation from BioBond Labs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within five to seven business days after confirmation of eligibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed product error or defect.
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or if the package is refused at delivery, the buyer remains responsible for all shipping charges. Reshipment requests may incur additional costs.
