By purchasing from BioBond Labs, you confirm that you are a qualified research purchaser and that all materials will be handled exclusively in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

BioBond Labs is a chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy, medical clinic, or healthcare provider. None of the statements on our website, product descriptions, educational materials, or communications have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

BioBond Labs assumes no responsibility for improper handling, storage, or use of our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge full understanding of these restrictions and agree to use all products solely for their intended laboratory purposes.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of research-grade materials, all sales are final. BioBond Labs cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. This policy is necessary to maintain the integrity, safety, and chain-of-custody standards required for laboratory reagents.

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or unopened vials

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Items mistakenly ordered by the customer

Products that are no longer needed

Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and box condition. Claims submitted without required documentation cannot be processed.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
Some products may be sensitive to heat or cold during transit. BioBond Labs is not responsible for degradation or viability loss caused by delivery delays, failure to retrieve packages promptly, or incorrect storage by the customer after delivery. Once tracking shows the package was delivered, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the purchaser.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
BioBond Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the package, reshipment fees will apply. Refunds are not available for failed delivery due to customer error.

​Carrier Damage or Loss:
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, BioBond Labs is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused in transit. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier. We will assist in providing documentation upon request.
