Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic decapeptide corresponding to the biologically active C-terminal fragment of the endogenous kisspeptin protein, a peptide encoded by the KISS1 gene. It has the molecular formula C₆₃H₈₃N₁₇O₁₄ and a molecular weight of approximately 1302.5 Daltons.

In laboratory research, Kisspeptin-10 is widely studied for its role in regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis through activation of the GPR54 (KISS1R) receptor. Researchers investigate its involvement in reproductive endocrinology, gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) signaling, luteinizing hormone secretion, pubertal development, fertility mechanisms, and neuroendocrine regulation. Its central role in reproductive physiology has made Kisspeptin-10 an important research tool in studies involving endocrine function, reproductive biology, and hormone signaling pathways.

All BioBond Labs products are high-purity research-grade compounds intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro studies. Kisspeptin-10 is not approved for human or veterinary consumption.
