GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring tripeptide complex composed of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine bound to a copper(II) ion. Its molecular formula is C₁₄H₂₄CuN₆O₄, with a molecular weight of approximately 403 Daltons.

In laboratory research, GHK-Cu peptides are studied for their potential roles in cellular repair, collagen synthesis, and tissue remodeling. Researchers investigate how this copper-binding peptide may influence skin regeneration, angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory responses at the molecular level. GHK-Cu is also examined for its ability to activate wound-healing and antioxidant pathways in vitro.

All BioBond Labs products are high-purity research peptides intended solely for scientific and in-vitro use. GHK-Cu is not approved for human or veterinary consumption.
